1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pk9993 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing pk9993.fun, downloading the pk9993 app or creating an account, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside the pk9993 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk9993. Specific promotions or bonuses may carry additional terms which will be presented at the time of the offer — those additional terms also form part of this agreement when you claim the relevant promotion.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. pk9993 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility and Registration

5Withdrawals

9Account Suspension and Closure

pk9993 may suspend or close an account at any time if there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been violated. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, pk9993 may freeze an account pending investigation before any formal closure.

Where an account is closed due to a violation, any balance remaining in the account — including funds derived from suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse — may be forfeited. pk9993 will communicate the reason for account closure where it is able to do so without compromising an investigation.

Players may close their own pk9993 account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment account. If a self-exclusion request is made, pk9993 will action it promptly and will not market to you during the exclusion period.

10Limitation of Liability

pk9993 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable and accurate service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of technical errors. The platform may be unavailable during maintenance periods.
